    "Moscow Today & Tomorrow" (MTT), an illustrated English-language monthly, was launched at the beginning of 2000.
    The magazine has undertaken to make up for the shortage of comprehensive and accurate information about Russia beyond its borders.
    It provides a panoramic view of Russia's international contacts, economic development, cultural and sport events and historical dates. It features prominently illustrated essays and documented articles portraying present-day life in Russia.
    The monthly describes landmarks in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and the smaller towns and in the countryside, the nation's historical heritage and outlook for the future, its natural wealth and City attractions. Each issue carries an interview with the governor of a Russian region with firsthand information about places of interest and the region's role in Russian history and prospects for development.

The 84-page monthly is published in Moscow in 25,000 copies and distributed in many foreign countries through the following channels:

* in the VIP halls of the Sheremetievo-1 and Sheremetievo-2 airports;
* through the Main Directorate for Diplomatic Corps Service (GlavUPDK) of the Russian Foreign Ministry among embassies, other missions, companies, and media representations that have contracts with GlavUPDK;
* through the Department for International Relations of the Moscow government;

* through a network of foreign representations of the Russian City companies Rostourism (in ten countries) and InCity (in four countries);
